Eye-eye turnbuckle

This type of tensioner consists of two eyes with threads for connection to bolts. Each eye is bolted to a bolt and the center nut is tightened to extend the tensioner and create an axial tensioning force at the bolt joint. Eye-eye tensioners are commonly used in applications where high strength and safety is required, but are also suitable for applications where frequent tension adjustment is needed in tight spaces.
